Being an educator can be immensely meaningful and rewarding, and at the same time incredibly challenging and stressful. In this workshop we will reflect on our experiences as educators in connection with our sense of purpose, accomplishment and wellbeing. We will reflect on ways to enhance our resilience when challenges arise and explore self-care strategies to support our wellbeing at work and in our daily lives.
