*Sold Out* Workshop: Improving EAL students’ writing using functional grammar

May 3, 2018 from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

- $10.00

This event is sold out

In this Twilight Session, we will consider how a functional approach to grammar can help inform teachers’ decision-making in relation to planning lessons, selecting model texts, teaching sentence structure, assessing students’ writing and providing feedback. We will analyze student texts to identify those features that can be celebrated and those where the writing could be improved.
